It’s kid day!
We visited my sister in the sticks Sequim a few weekends ago and while I was there I did a small family shoot for her friends. My sister has an amazing back yard complete with chickens (and a rooster I want to kill), pastures, and golden fields with incredible winter light. It is so nice to be able to just shoot in the back yard!
I like shooting non-dogs every so often because it keeps me interested. Although I love shooting in a particular niche, sometimes I just need to do something different. Kids are a nice reminder that there is nothing more important than to run around, climb fences, and have fun.
Here are a few of my favorites in album format.

……………..
And we can’t have a kid post without a few images of the cutest nephew ever!

This is a new favorite image of mine.
It demonstrates one of the unmentioned family games that has begun to evolve over the last year or so. The game is called “Where’s Winnie?” I swear every picture or video my sister sends me has Winston somewhere in it and it is completely unintentional on her part. So of course when I pull my camera out…he appears! I bet you didn’t see him at first did you?
We love our little Winnie man :)
