I have literally gone thru your entire blog. You are probably the most inspiring pet photographer I have come across yet! I had a feeling I would get to a post that would make me cry…I got teary on one of them but this one totally hit the waterworks. I’m so glad she is all better now!

I AM SO HAPPY THAT SHE HAS RECOVERED. I HAVE 2 DANES AND LAST NIGHT I NOTICED DUKE WASNT RIGHT. I KNEW WHAT IT WAS RIGHT AWAY. WE RUSHED HIM TO THE ER AND HE HAD SURGERY LAST NIGHT. Oh no, how awful! As you know we just went through this 5 months ago, Venus had the same zipper. It is such a scary ordeal, and a miracle when they survive the bloat. Thank goodness your mom caught it. I am so glad to hear Gracie recovered well. She is a great dog.

OMG Erin, and Gracie….. I havent visited in a couple of weeks, and my heart sank to my stomach when I saw the pictures of the stitches. I am so glad everything is ok, and Gracie is doing so well. Crying, crying, crying. I can not imagine what it was like to not be there, and of course your mom knew what to do. Gosh Erin, I want to be you when I grow up. You’re the best and it shows in every aspect of your life you share with all of us. Gracie your calendar hangs on my wall, and brings a smile to my face everytime I look at it. This happy ending really made my day. xxoo C
