My sister and I have said it for as long as I can remember. I think we picked it up from our friend Erica back in high school who had these awesome Doberman’s named Congie and Ebony. We would sit around and pet them and say “Ahhhh, you’re just a BABY!”

Really it can be said in just about any situation. But most of the time I use it when Gracie is so exhausted that a T-Bone steak wouldn’t get her up. This is exactly how she was yesterday after a full day at Daycare. Daycare is currently part of her “weight management program”, which I’m happy to say is currently a success.

After daycare, I looked over from my computer (she is my office buddy), saw this and said, “Ahhhh, you’re just a baby!” I had to grab my camera.

Yes. This is really how she sleeps! The incredible folding dog.

On a whim, the studio equipment came out this weekend. Every so often I get the urge to shoot studio, then I remember why I don’t do it all the time.

It is HARD.

Gracie is probably the most trained dog I know when I comes to being photographed so I use her a lot for testing stuff out. She wouldn’t work for free though. I ended up with string cheese all over me, my camera, and everything else.
