Last night Little Sophie came for a visit so I brought out the camera, set it on my lap, and shot a few frames every now and then.
Little Sophie is due for a new collar (hint hint Melissa!)

Miss Gracie told me she thinks she looks a bit slimmer in the sunset light.

Love my details

f/2.8

This shot is not in focus or that great but I love it because Gracie’s big mug is resting on the couch and you can really see the size difference.
(Although I’m fairly confident that Sophie believes with every bone in her body that she is the larger dog … and so does Gracie!)

I adore this shot. It’s a little peek into what is normally going on in our backyard. Husband chillaxing and Gracie on regular guard duty.

Guard duty got a little too noisy. Oooooo Gracer’s you’re in trouuubbbllleee. She got yelled at by Daddy.

Just a baby. No one can stay mad at the Peanut for long. She won’t let you. She will nose your face until you tell her everything is all good. Kisses for Gracie.

That light DOES look fantastic on her. I love the glass babies outside too.
xo!
Ms. Gracie is a goddess! She’s such a regal dog who reminds me a lot of our own Queen Pepa (approximately) who appears to be prone to the same sorts of antics as Gracie. Thanks for sharing!
These are great! I remember that look when our Jack got into trouble and came asking for an apology. The eyes say it all. Thanks for sharing Gracie with us!
Did husband know you were shooting? Or do you shoot so much that people just sort of forget about it? I love her expression in the “in trouble” shot. But love even more the next (last) shot — all’s forgiven for the sweet Gracie-girl. You just *couldn’t* stay mad at that face for long… Love all the Gracie you’ve given us this week!
I just love that first shot of Gracie. She looks so noble!
wonderful serie, thank you for opening your chillaxing session with us.
